No matter who you are – big or small – trying to fight a battle by yourself these days is essentially mission impossible.  In an increasingly polarized political environment, you’ll need lots of friends from both sides of the aisle to impact public policy.  You also need support from folks inside and outside the beltway.

At Adfero, we have years of experience in building, managing and maximizing the impact of coalitions on the national, state and local levels. Our expertise covers a wide variety of issues and causes – from health care to technology, from national security to the environment.

We’ll help you assemble the right players to help you accomplish your mission.  Sometimes we’ll recruit affinity groups who are like minded in purpose or philosophy.  Other times, we’ll think outside the box to identify and recruit allies from non-traditional networks.  In many cases, we’ll combine the two. 

If you already have a coalition, but don’t have the time or expertise to run it, Adfero has the ability to function as a full-service secretariat and provide day-to-day operational oversight.  If you don’t have a coalition, but need one, we can create an alliance that fulfills your purposes.   We can create an official entity (i.e. – incorporated organization) or if you prefer, we can work within the framework of a less formalized coalition structure, playing whichever role best serves you.

When you need allies, Adfero won’t round up just anybody.  Instead, we’ll tap our network of contacts to identify the appropriate people or entities whose participation in your coalition would turn the heads of your target policymakers.  We’ll be sure to reach out to respected third party experts and key opinion leaders who can validate your issue and lend credibility to your cause.
