Account Director
Adfero Group seeks to fill an Account Director position to work in a collaborative environment to lead day to day management and optimization of client public affairs campaigns and provide strategic analysis, advice and direction. The Account Director will complete client projects by implementing direct communications tactics, pitching stories, promoting client issues, writing communications documents, coordinating news conferences and media events, and using online marketing tools. They will also develop and maintain long term relationships with members of the media.
The Account Director will manage, train and advise junior Adfero staff in public relations techniques and skills.
The Account Director will proactively learn and understand the clients industry and business, as well as find new ways to build the client’s business and grow existing Adfero accounts by communicating and promoting new features, Adfero Group services and company highlights.
The Account Director must have at least 10 years of public affairs or media relations experience be able to pay attention to detail and perform mistake free work. They must be able to work in a fast paced and energetic environment.
