Allyson Toolan
Allyson Toolan is a Senior Account Executive at Adfero Group. Allyson assists team members with a variety of client work, spanning from grassroots campaigns to implementing social media strategies. She supports clients’ needs with both traditional and new media strategies, including targeted media relations outreach and creating an online presence for clients through a variety of tactics.
Day-to-day, Allyson manages a variety of accounts including Microsoft and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Allyson works on rebranding projects and develops creative and copy for digital advertising campaigns. She also works on the design and content of a quarterly publication for the Forum for Innovation.
Before joining Adfero Group, Allyson worked as the Global R&D intern at Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research & Development, L.L.C. She worked on a range of projects, such as maintaining the internal employee portal, overseeing The Pharma Frontier, a corporation-wide magazine, and building relationships with local media.
Allyson earned a graduate degree from Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies, where she provided strategic communications efforts for a variety of nonprofit client campaigns. She originally hails from New Jersey and is a graduate from James Madison University with a B.S. in communications and psychology. In her spare time, Allyson enjoys cooking, traveling and cheering on her favorite New York sports teams.
